![]() ![]() Not just those the 3 characters have their own fighting style but they both got each of their different perspectives of their own story, some have different levels, some have different dialogs and some have different boss battles to beat. While Milla is locked unless I progress throughout the game. The Adventure mode has the right to either play as Lilac or Carol. But one of the real reasons that I really need to play is the Adventure mode. Especially when I face Lord Brevon three times. It was very stressful to repeat a level that I can't beat but that is what makes the game very challenging. Levels were absolutely difficult and challenging both at the same time depending on which character you are playing even in normal mode. Lilac uses is dragon power ability, Carol with her agile melee attacks, and Milla with a small cube that can be used to blast, shield, and shield blast the attack. This is already like playing the Sonic game but with the use of the three Freedom Planet characters each with their own fighting style. One of my favorite songs osts is "Final Boss 2". Most of the levels in the game really fit into the song of choice. Freedom Planet is the best non-Sonic game that you really need to play! It showed absolute great potential and lived its expectations for the Sonic fans. If there’s anything about this list and/or blog that you want to state or what your ideal Five Man Band for Freedom Planet is, feel free to comment it below.Īlso, I may or may not make a Five Bad Band for Freedom Planet, but that will be harder due to only so many major villains.Īnyhow, I hope you enjoyed this and see you later on.If you are a huge fan of the Sonic Franchise. With that, Milla’s rank in the Five Man Band being the Heart seems to be the most logical.Īfter everything, it seems that our Freedom Planet Five Man Band consists of Lilac as the Leader, Carol as the Lancer, Torque as the Smart Guy, Gong as the Big Guy, and Milla as the Heart. On top of that, in the second (third if you’re playing as Lilac) encounter with Serpentine with Lilac or Carol, Milla supplies you with health buds, fitting how the Heart has to keep the other members health up as the support member. Moving on in the game, Milla breaks up a fight between Carol and Spade when she and Carol go to get the Red Scarves for help, Spade insulting Carol and things nearly getting deadly before Milla breaks them up willingly. For starters, she acts as the innocent one of the group, basically being the child as she is the youngest heroine. That’s right, for the Heart Rank, I chose Milla Basset for rather obvious reasons. In conclusion, I feel that General Gong being the Big Guy in the Five Man Band is suitable for the character. However, he isn’t without intellect as he recognizes his own mistake, agrees to help the main group, and even leads the army to take down Brevon. This was followed by when he nearly sends his army onto Zao after his argument with Zao made him snap. And third, he’s also kinda dumb as despite claiming that nothing gets past his nose, Zao’s squadron got past him with ease. Second, he carries a powerful shield that, while we don’t see him use it, seems to be rather strong as he’s earned the rank of General, so that makes sense. First off, Gong is taller and burlier than most of the cast, making him stand out physically. So, I went with General Gong for generally straight forward reasons. Now, the Big Guy Rank was a tricky one to find as Spade doesn’t quite fit the bill for the role, being more of a Lone Ranger than anything. ![]() So, which five Freedom Planet Characters fall into these ranks? Well, let’s find out. The Heart/Chick: the peacekeeper in the group to balance the others, often ending up being female. The Big Guy: the muscle of the group that is often the tallest and/or the dumbest of the group. The Smart Guy: the brains of the group and often more physically weak than the other members. The Lancer: the second in command and contrast to the leader, in other words the hero’s opposite or secondary counterpart. The Leader: Self Explanatory, the leader of the group and often the main hero. There are five ranks in the Five Man Band: ![]() Just Some Promotional Art of Freedom Planet I FoundĪccording to TV Tropes ( ), the Five Man Band is “a group of characters whose members all fall into archetypes which all complement one another”. ![]()
